AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 625 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS
1 THE °tSALARY ORDINANCE'S FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 195$-1959
2 The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY DF BUTTE, STATE DF CALIFORNIA,
3 do ordain as follows:
4 1. That Ordinance No. 625 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
5 as follows:
6 (a) That there shall be added to Section 3, Subsection (A) of said
7 Ordinance No, 625, the fo7.l~ring class title, number and range:
8 Glass Title Number & Range
9 Night Custodian 17 (254-37-5)
10 (b) That Seetion 28 of said Ordinance No. b25 is hereby amended to
11 add thereto the following position with salary range and classification
12 title as follows:
13 Salary Range No, of positions Classification Title
14 17 1 Night Custodian
15 (c) That the total number of positions of said Section 28 of said
16 Ordinance No. 625 is hereby changed from 8 as previously amendede to 9.
lry 2. This Ordinance is for the immediate preservation of public peace
18 and safety, to provide security at the Juvenile Ha11, and shall take effect
lg immediately and upon its adoption; and after the date of its adoptioen and
20 before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its adoption said
21 Ordinance shall be published once with the nam®s of the members voting fc~
22 and against the same in the rRTDT,EY HERALD , a newspaper
23 published in the County of Butte.
24 The foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted and passed by the Board of
25 Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on the 8th
2B day of June, 1959 by the following vot®:
