AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 625 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS
THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1958--1959
THFs BOARD OF SUPERVISOR of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No, b25 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That the salary range of the following classification con-
tained in Section 3, Subsection (A} of said Ordinance No. 625 shall. be
amended to read as follows:
Laboratory Technician III Salary Range 26 (x,13-513)
(b) That Section No. 21 of said Ordinance under the heading of
"LABORATORIES' is hereby amended as follows:
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
26 22 Laboratory Technician III
~~ This ordinance shall take effect thirty E30) days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiratian of fifteen (15) days shall
be published once in the Biggs_News , a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California, together with the names of
the members voting for and against said ordinance.
ADOPTED and PASSED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, on the 1 5th
day of June, 1959, by the following vote:
