BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY ~LCGHWAYS
.. IN THE. COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~Vehiele Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD. OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
~.. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter des-
cribed portions of West Esplanade Drive and West Lindo Avenue is prohibited,
and the portions of said roads on which the parking and standing of vehicles
is prohibited are described as follows, to t,iit:
(a) On the easterly side of WEST ESPLANADE DRIVE from
the northerly line of West Eleventh Avenue to the northerly
line of i4est Lindo Avenue, and
(b) On the northerly side of WEST UNDO AVEPIUE from
the easterly line of Trlest Esplanade Drive to the northerly
line of Sequoyah Avenue.
2a That NO PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations on
said roads.
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 10000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board. of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 12th day of
January , 1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Mammon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
NOT VOTING: None
