COUNTY OF BUTTE, BTATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION REPLENISHING CASH DIFFERENCE FUND
W'rIEREAB, on the 1$th day of December, 1962, a Cash
Difference Fund was established by Resolution No. 62-105, pursuant
to Government Code Section 29370; and
~iEREAS, the Treasurer has, pursuant to Government Gode
Section 29377, applied for replenishment of said fund; and
WHEREAS, said Treasurer has itemized each cash deficit
in his application for replenishment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, that the County
Auditor shall draw his special warrant in the sum of $91,22': on
the Genes al Fund of the County of Butte to replenish the Cash
Difference Fund, payable to the County Treasurer and Tax Collector.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 19th day of January,
1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
