RESOLUTION NO . ~.~- 8`-
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte;
California, that
WT-TEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. b~-155 of this Board
'.ordering same, adopted on December 15, 1g6~+, notice has been duly
given of the intention of this Board to change and modify the
',proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 63-67 adopted on
June 18, 1863; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
'persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully heard and cansidered by this Board;
', NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND and ORDERED that:
1. no written objections to said changes have been
delivered to the Clerk up to the hour set for hearing thereon.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
isaid Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more parti-
licularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 64-155
ladopted on December 15, 1g6~+, to wit:
The acquisition of a twelve-foot easement for drainage
'purposes over property of Amelia Durso.

PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, California, on this 19th day of January , 1865,
by the following vote:
AYES, Sup ervisorS:Giles, Maxon, McKillop end Chairman Pryde
NOES, Supervisors: None
ABSENT, Supervisors:Alldredge
