RESOLUTION N0. ~,5 = z4
APPROVING AMENDED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND COST ESTIMATE
WHEREAS, on this date the County Surveyor-Director
of Public Works has recommended that this Board order changes
in the work for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
whereby certain lines of work will be changed from open drainage
channels to underground pipe lines, and
WHEREAS, on this date the County Surveyor-Director
of Public Works has presented a revised cost estimate to this
Board.
NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED BX THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTS OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
1. That Amended Plan Sheet numbers
showing changes in the work for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT be and the same are hereby approved.
2. That the cost estimate showing an estimated total
cost of 627,667.02 to be the cost of the work for SHASTA
UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT as changed by said Plan
Sheets be and the same are hereby approved and the Clerk is
directed to file said cost estimate in her office in the records
and files of this proceeding.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA THIS 9th DAY OF MARCH, 1965,
by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Gilesl, Maxon, McKi7.7.op and Chairman Pryde
NOES: SUPERVISORS none
ABSENT: SUPERVISORS Mon
