RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN VI~RK
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1965, the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte passed its Resolution No. 65-25, Resolution
of Intention to Order Changes in Work, and in said Resolution de-
clared its intenticn to order certain changes in the work and
improvements for Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District, and
WHEREAS, this Board in said Resolution No. 65-25, Reso-
lotion of Intention to Order Changes in Work, set this day as the
day for hearing protests to said proposed changes,
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That this Board hereby finds and determines that no
interested person has filed any protest against the proposed
changes in the work and improvements for Shasta Union. Drainage
Assessment District described in this Board's Resolution No. 65-25,
Resolution of Intention to Order Changes in Work.
That this Board hereby orders that the work and improve-
meats for Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District described in
the following resolutions of this Board:

passed August 11, 1964
Resolution Ordering Work No. 64-115
passed September 22, 1964
be changed and hereby orders that all the new work described in
this Board's Resolution No. 65-25, Resolution of Intention to
Order Changes in Work, be included in the work to be done for
said district, and hereby orders iliac a~1 the work described in
said Resolution No. 65-25 as work to be deleted be and the same
is hereby deleted from the work to be done for said district.
That this Board hereby orders the County Surveyor-
Director of Public Works to include the costs of the changes here-
in ordered and the incidental expenses thereof in the assessment
for the work and improvements for Shasta union Drainage Assessment
District.
That this Board hereby authorizes the County Surveyor-
Director of Public Works of the County of Butte to execute with
Baldwin Contracting Company, Inc., an amendment to the contract
said County Surveyor-Director of Public Works and said Company,
as contractor, executed on ~`ebruary 12, 1965, for the work for
Shasta ~Tnion Drainage Assessment District, which amendment will
bind said contractor to construct the additional work described
in said Resolution No. 65-25, Resolution of Intention to Order
Changes in Work, for the prices said contractor stated in its con-
sent filed with this Board on March0~.3, 1965, and which will bind
said contractor to delete certain work described in said

Resolution No. 65-25 For the prices said contractor stated in its
said consent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 23 DAY 0~+' March ~ 1965,
by the following vote:
