HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-034i taFJML: JS: rd 3/11/65 12c RESOLUTION No. 65- 3~ A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND ORDERING FILING OF SAME THE WOODLANDS, UNIT N0. 2 RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California, that WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a proposed assessment map and diagram for The Woodlands, Unit No. 2 Assessment District; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That said proposed assessment diagram and map is hereby accepted and it is hereby directed that the map be filed with the County Clerk of the County of Butte. PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California, on this 6th day of April , 1865, by the fallowing vote: AYES, Supervisors• GTLES~ HOWSDEPI~ MAXON, McKILLOP and ' CHAIRMAN PRYDE.
