RESOLUTION N0. 65-36
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
THE WOODLANDS, UNIT N0. 2
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of said County has
ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in
the locality in which public work is proposed to be performed
for work of a similar character to that described in Reso-
lution of Intention Na. 65-35 adopted April 6 ,
195;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof, and also is set forth and contained in the specifica-
tions, copies of which are on file in the offices of the
Engineer of Work, Director of Public Works and the County
Clerk of said County; and
WIiEREAS, this Board has duly considered said scale
and finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in Exhibit "A"
hereto attached and as set forth and contained in the specifi-
cations, is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing
rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to
that above described in the locality in which such public
work is proposed to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per
diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed
under said Resolution of Intention.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, California, on this 13th day of April ,
