RESOLUTION N0. 65 - 38
APPROVING AMENDED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND COST ESTIMATE
W~iEREAS, on this date the County Surveyor-Director
of Public Works has recommended that this Board order changes
in the work for SHASTA ANION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
namely, changes in the work for Outfall S, and
t~VHEREAS, on this date the County Surveyor-Director
of Public Works has presented a revised cost estimate to this
Board.
NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
1. That Amended Plan Sheet number 33 showing changes
in the work for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT be
and the same is hereby approved.
2. That the cost estimate showing an estimated total
cost of $ 61~-,9.3.25 to be the cost of the work ';for SHASTA
UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT as changed by said Plan
Sheet 33 be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is

directed to file said cost estimate in her office in the records
and files of this proceeding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA THIS 2o~h DAY OF April 1965,
by the following vote:

• CHAIRMAN PRYDE.
