I made inquiry of Mr. Francis Dunn, Chief of Housing Division, about the matter. ~Ie states that two pub- lic hearings are scheduled on the proposal....the first on ivIay 1.9th in Z,os Angeles and the second one on ~"une 3rd in Oakland. It would certainly be advisable for you to be at one or both of these hearings to register your disapproval. I concur with your thinking that there are too many regulations, and this particular proposal would be extremely difficult and costly to administer. ' dest ~r al regards.
