coupons of said bonds shall be signed by said treasurer or auditor. All, such sigitatures and countersignatures
may be printed, iithographeci, engraved or otherwise rnechataically reproduced, except that one of said signatures
or coumtersignatures to said bonds shall be manually affued. Said seal ttaay tie printed, engraved, stamped or
otherwise placed in facsimile on said bonds. Said bonds, with said coupons attached thereto, so signed and exe-
cuted, shall be delivered to said county treasurer for safe keeping.

Education Cude Section 21809 provides tLat the bonds stall be signed by the chairman of the board of supervisors, "or by such other mamber
thereof as the board of supervisors sh:dl by resolution adopted by a four-5 E[hs vote of all its members, authorize and designate for that purpose".
IE it is desired to have the bonds• signed by such member rather than tLe chairman, then the Resolution and Ordeq and the pond form, should be
changed aceordingly, and the Resolution and Order must be adopted by such four-fifths vote.
Education Code Section 2YDi1 provide"slfor redempption of school bonds Vrior to their [aaturity at the option of the governing board of she school
district. The prescribed statutory procedure and the wi[Fe diversity of possible redemption provisions render impracticable a general panted farm for
such matters. It is tLerefore suggested, should redemption provisions be desired, that contpc[ent financial and legal advme be first obtained.
This form is for use only when the principal amount of any issue Las been divided into two or more series and a series subsequent to Series A
