RESOLUTION N0. 65-43
RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINER MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY

l WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that
2 in May of each year each county shall submit to the Department of Public Works,
3 State of California, any additions or deletions £rom its mileage of maintained
4 county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or deleted;
5 and
6 WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, State of California,
7 certified to the State Controller on January 31, 1965, that the total mileage
8 of maintained county roads in Butte County was 1428,91 miles; and
9 WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
10 county roads is 1433.90 miles;
Il NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that the mileage of maintained county
12 roads certified January 31, 1965, be corrected in accordance with the indica-
13 tions in color on the accompanying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance
14 with the additions or corrections to the attached tabulation marked Exhibit "B",
15 both exhibits being made a part of this resolution, by incorporation herein,
16 and which said exhibits specify the termini and mileage of each route added
17 or deleted,
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
