RESOLUTION AND OR1]ER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN THE PARADISE
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FROM STRUCTUR1~iL FIRE TAX
'WHEREAS, the Paradise Fire Protection District has petition
ed the Board of Supervisors, in writing, for the exclusion of
property from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection,
which said petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing
body of said District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the State of California,

NOS, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOIIVED by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
followst
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the ;State of California, all property within
the limits of the Paradise Fire Protection District in the County
of Butte, including all property which may hereafter be annexed
to said Fire District prior to tax levy being made thereon, is
hereby excluded from a tax levy to provide funds for structural
fire protection of the areas in the County of Butte.
PAS°SED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 4th day of May, 1965,
by the following voter
