Gfi-IEREAS, the County of Butte has previously adopted Resolution
~No. 65-40 in opposition to the adoption of minimum painting standards applicable
to apartment houses, hotels, and dwellings and
'6JHEREAS, Assembly Bill 3068 would delete the provisions of the
minimum painting standards applicable to apartment houses, hotels, and dwellings;
NOW THEI?EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Butte County Board of Super-
visors does hereby go on record as supporting the adoption of Assembly Bill 3068;
and
BE;`TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be sent to
Assemblyman Badham, the legislative representatives of this County, and the
State Division of Housing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the IBth
