A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
THE WOODLANDS, UNIT N0. 2
RESOL~IED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, said Board did, in:-apen session, on the 11th
day of May, 1965, publicly open, examine and declare all seal-
ed proposals or bids for the work to be done and improvements
to be made, as described and specified in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 65-35 of said Board, adopted April 13, 1965, to
which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a
description of said work and improvements and/or materials,
supplies or equipment to be furnished therefor, also for the
assessment district pxovided for thexein.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Board of Supervisors hereby reject all of
said proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making
said improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
BUTTE CREEK ROCK CO.
at the unit prices named in they-r bid.
2. That the County Surveyor c~E' said County be, and he
is hereby, authorized to make and enter into a written contract
with said successful bidder, and to receive and approve all
bonds in connection therewith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, Ca~.ifornia, on this 18th day of MAY ,
