,~ ~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, :STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVOLVING FUND FOR PUBLIC
GUARDIAN
WHEREAS, there exists in the County of Butte a necessity
for the creation of Revolving Funds for certain departments and
is provided for under Section 29320 through 29330 of the Governmen
Code of the State of California; and.
WHEREAS, said Revolving Funds would be used in the admin+~
istration of Public Guardianship disbursements; and
WHEREAS, said Revolving Funds are established and are to be
administered pursuant to Section 29320 through 29330 of the
Government Code of the State of California; and
"RfiEREAS, Surety Bond in the amount of Twenty Thousand and
no/100 ($20,000.00} Dollars covering Public Guardian is on file
in the County Clerk's Office pursuant to Government Code Section
as listed above,
NO~nI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS ghat a Revolving Fund is hereby established for the
following office; PUBLIC GUARDIAN SPECIAL REVOLVING TRUST FUND,
$1,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 25th day of May, 1965,
by the following voter
