COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTIONI REGARDIlVG THE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF ti7A'Y
ON COHASSET ROAD AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A GRANT DEED TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~~lI3F~iEAS, the County of Butte entered into an agreement with the
State of California on May 19, 1964, covering the acquisition of certain parcel
of right of way in the vicinity of Cohasset Road Interchange of Chico Freeway;
and
TrJHBREAS, said agreement required the County of Butte to acquire
portion`of.that certain parcel of right of way on behalf of the State of
California and to convey title to State by Grant Deed upon acquisition; and
SAS, the County of Butte has now acquired said parcel of right
of way and which has been duly recorded in Volume 13b4 of Official Records at
page 279;
T~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, that the Chairman be authorized to execute a Grant Deed for such
parcel to the State of California on behalf of the County of Butte to be de-
livered to w. L. ~Jarren, District Engineer, Division of Highways, District III
Office, P~arysvill.e, upon payment to County of Butte the sum of 28.00.
PASSED AND ADOP'Tr,~D by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 25th day of May ,1.965,
