i3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
4 RESOLUTION AND ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF OROVILLE
FROM STRUCTURAL FIRE TAX
'5 WHEREAS, the CITY OF OROVILLE, COUNTY OF BUTTE, has

petitioned the Board of Supervisors, in writing, for the exclusion
7
of property from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection,
8
which said petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing
':9
body of said City, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the
10 Government Code of the State of California;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board
12
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
13
follows:

1, That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of
15
the Government Code of the State of California, all property with-

in the limits of the CITY OF OROVILLE, in the County of Butte,

including all property which may hereafter be annexed to said
1.8
City prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby excluded

from a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire protection
20
of the areas in the County of Butted

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, this 73,t~,,; day of .~:u7.y, 1965,

NOES: None
