STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPr"CFi.UISOR5 of the COUNTY of BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follovrs:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the vresterly side
of Palermo Road from the south Line of Greenville Street to the north line
of Houston Street is prohibited.
2. That N0 PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations
on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the
Vehicle Code.
~.. That violation of this Resolution shall constitute a
misdeameanor pursuant to Section 10000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County oz
Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 3rd
day of August ~ 19~5~.by the follovring vote;
