RESOLUTION NO. 65-82
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN .
STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND COC7NTY OF BUTTE
FOR TIC RELOCATION OF NELSON BAR ROAD
AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
Be it resolved by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the agreement dated the 3rd day of August,
1965, by and between the State of California, acting by and
through the Department of Water Resources, and the County of
Butte, concerning the inundation and relocation of the Nelson
Bar Road in the County of Butte, is hereby approved.
2. That the Chairman of this Board is authorized
to sign said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
3. That the Clerk of this Board is authorized and
instructed to attach to said contract a certified copy of-this
Resolution.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
HOtJSDEN who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor GILES and said Resolution was passed
this 3rd day of August, 1965, on roll call by the following vote:

OHAIRI~L4N PRYDE
NOES: MAXON
