BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
«SOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE IN BY~LA~S OF BUTTE
COUNTY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Butte County Economic Opportunity Council
has, at its meeting of June 1, 1965, adopted an amendment to
the bylaws to increase membership of the council from not less
than 17 or more than 20, to not less than 20 and not more than
25; and
~7H~ , according to the bylaws of the said Butte County
Economic Opportunity Council the approval of any change in the
bylaws must be approved by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors approve of the proposed
change,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF,SOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Article IV,
Section 1 of the bylaws of the Butte County Economic Opportunity
Council shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 1, The Council shall be made up of not less
than twenty (20) nor more than twentyafive (25) memberso"
Said amendment is hereby approved by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butted
PASSED AID ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 24th day of August,
1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
