ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION N0. 6~-92
APPROVING A~IENDID PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND COST ESTIMATE
WfIEREAS, on this date the acting County Surveyor-
Director of Public Works has recommended that this Board
order changes in the work for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT, which he has orally described to this Board, and
WHEREAS, on this date the acting County Surveyor-
Director of Public Works has presented a revised cost
estimate to this Board.
NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
1. That Amended Plan Sheet numbers 3, 4, 8,
17a, 22, 23, 33, 34, 35, and 36 showing changes in the
work for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSIt~ENT DISTRICT be and
the same is hereby approved.
2. That the cost estimate showing an estimated
total cost Of ~ 616,032.65 t0 be the cost of the work
for SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DIS TRICT as changed
by said Plan Sheets above mentioned be and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk is directed to file said cost estimate
in her office in the records and files of this proceeding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA THIS 14th DAY OF September ,
1965, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Giles, Maxon, McKi7.lop and Chairman Pryde
NOES : SUPERVISORS hone
