BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, :STATE OF CAT~IFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTH012IZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the County of Butte has a lease with the State of
California for space in the Emergency Operating Centers which is
used as a State office for Civil Disaster; and
~lHEREAS9 it is necessary to amend said lease to conform
with the understandings of the parties theretoa
N01n7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the State of California, that the County of Butte shall enter
into an amendment to said lease azd that the Chairman of the Board
of Supervisors is authorized to execute the same,
PASSED AND ADOPTER by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte9 State of Californian this 14th day of September R
1965 by the following vote:
