2 RESOLUTION TN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWA'Y'
IN THE. COUNTY OF BUTTE,
3 STATE OF CALIFORNIA

6 BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY of BUTTE,
g STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter
g described portions of Skyway is prohibited, and the portions of said road on
g which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited are described as
10 follows, to wit:
'11 (a) Along the westerly curb line of Skyway from a point 56 feet
12 southerly of the southerly curb line of Bouquest Boulevard to a point
i3 66 feet southerly of the said curb line of Bouquest Boulevard.
14 ~ (b) Along the westerly curb line of Skyway from a point $$ feet
15 southerly of the southerly curb line of Bouquest Boulevard to a point
" lg g$ feet southerly of the said curb lisle of Bouquest Boulevard.
17 (c) Along the westerly curb line of Skyway from a point 162 feet
18 southerly of the southerJ,p curb ]i.n.e of Bouquest Boulevard to a point
19 17$ feet southerly of the said curb line of Bouquest Boulevard.
2U 2. That NO PARKING signs be placed and the curb be painted red at the
2l appropriate Zocations on said road.
22 3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of the
23 Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor in
accordance with Section 10000 of said Vehicle Code.
SS PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
28 State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 2Yst day
27 of September , 1865, by the follov~i.ng vote:
