RESOLUTION NO. 65-99
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE TO EXECUTE
ADDENDUM AND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES BETWEEN THE COUNTY .OF BUTTE AND WALTER B.
GRIMES & ASSOCIATES DATED MAY 11, 1965.
Be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain
Addendum and Amendment to Agreement For Engineering Services
Between the County of Butte and halter B. Grimes & Associates
dated May 11, 1965.
2. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby
authorized to execute said addendum and amendment of even
date herewith on behalf of the County of Butte.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
M~ Killoa , who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Maxon and said Resolution was passed
this 28th day of September, 1965, on roll call by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, McKillop & Chairman
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
