AN ORDINANCE I+IXING THE COMPENSATION OF OF'F`ICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PORTIONS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THERE4aIfitI . THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION N0. 1 SUBJECT AND SHORT TITLE: The salaries, and number of positions, of the officers and employees, of the County of Butte, are fixed and determined as hereinafter set fc`Pth; and this ordinance shall be known as the "Salary Ordinance." Seasonal workers and extra help employed by depart- ments and institutions of the County shall be limited to the budgetary pro- visions therefore and the salaries of such seasonal workers and part time employees shall alsc be paid semi-monthly. SECTICN N0. 50 REPEAL OE OTHER ORDINANCES. Ordinance No. 625 and all amendments ' thereto are hereby repealed effective September 1, 1959. All other ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed effective September 1, 1959.
