RULH~ 3,, 4 S~7HEREAS, the employees have presented a request for a 5 change in the vacation schedule under the Personnel Rules; and g ~~EREAS, this board :has duly considerei the same, 7 NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF g SUPERVISORS as follows; g Section 9.0 Attendance and leaves shall be amended to read ~0 as follows: 11 "Each employee in the classified service shall be entitled to a vacation. Employees with less than:- five (5) years 12 service shall be entitled to a vacation of 5/6 of a working day per months Employees who have completed five (5} years 13 of service by July 1, 1965, or upon reaching their fifti~ anniversary of service shall be entitled to a vacation of 14 14 working days per month. 16 Earned vacation shall be credited annually at the end of each fiscal year' and may be accumulated to a total of not 16 more than twenty (20) working days for em to ees with less than; five (5) ears service and thirt worci~a s 17 or em o ees wit more t an ive ears service.
