BOARD OF SUPERVIS~JR~
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the northerly side
of East Lindo Avenue from the west line of Oleander Avenue to the east line of
East Esplanade Drive is prohibited.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations on
said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the
Vehicle Code.
4. That violation of this Resolution shall constitute a misdemeanor
pursuant to Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 5th
day of October , 1965 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
