COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS AND COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR TRAFFIC
SIGNALS AND INTERSECTION LIGHTING
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the COUNTY OF BUTTE an agreement
entitled, "Agreement for Maintenance of Traffic Signals and Intersection Lig
on State Highways in the County of Butte", which said agreement is dated the
21st day of September, 1965;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the Chairman of this Board was hereby authorized to execute
and enter into said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
2. That the Clerk of this Board is hereby authorized to forward three
certified copies of the Resolution to W. L. Warren, District Engineer, District
TIT, California Division of Highways, Marysville, California.
Fassed and adopted at the regular meeting thereof on the 5th
day of October , 1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, 7;taxon, Mcitillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
