RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING THE NAME OF COUNTY HIGHE4AYS
IN BUTTE COUNTY CALIFORNIA
TaiIIEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention To Change the Names
Of Certain County Highwaysn situate in Butte County? California,
which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 21st day of
September,. 1965; and
'WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated the 5th
day of Octobers 1965,, at 11:00 A.M. of said day, in the Supervisor
Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street.
in tine City of Oraville, State of California,, as the time and
place of hearing thereof; and
'WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held., and
upon said hearing the board considered the proposal to change the
name of certain county highways and heard any and ali objections
thereto, and said board finds, that said proposed change of names
of said county highways is in the best interest of the county,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Roard
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californian as
follows:
That the names of the following county highways.n situate
in Butte County, Californian be changed as follows:
