. RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
APPROVING AGREEMENT REGARDING A >=REEI^7.AY ON ROAD 03-BUT-99 - 25.0/30.3

AND (Old) Centerville Road
ti~lHEREAS, an Agreement has been presented covering the
construction and maintenance of a freeway on road 03-But-99 - 25.0/30.3
betvreen 0.~ mile south of the East Fork of Roberts Creek and (Old)
Centerville Road; and
1dHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has heard read said
Agreement in full and is familiar T•lith the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte that said Agreement is hereby approved and
Supervisor Pry~e is directed to sign the same
in behalf of the County of Butte .
