BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC GUARDIAN ESTATE EXPENSE
ADVANCE FUND
WHEREAS, there exists in the County of Butte a necessity for
the creation of an estate expense advance fund; and
WHEREAS, said estate expense advance fund would be used in
the administration of Public Guardian disbursements; and
WHEREAS, such advances are allowable under Code Section X188
of the Welfare and Institutions Code of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, disbursements and reimbursements of such advances
will be administered pursuant to Section 5188 of the Welfare and
Institutions Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Fublic Guardian shall make a periodic accounting
to the Board of Supervisors, at least annually, of the administra-
tion of this estate expense advance fund; and
WHEREAS, surety bond in the amount of Twenty Thousand and
no/100 Dollars 020,000.00) covering Public Guardian is on file
in the County Clerks Office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that an advance fund is hereby established for the
following office: Public Guardian Estate Expense Advance Fund -
°500.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED l~r the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 9th day of N vember ~
1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, McKillop and Chairman pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Maxon
