RESOLVED BY THE BOgR.D OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That the following resolutions be and they are
hereby rescinded:
Resolution No. 65-56, Resolution Consenting to
Formation of Mountain Vista Assessment
District Under the Municipal Improvement
Act of 1913, to Work Described in Proposed
Resolution of Intention Herein, Referred
To, and to City of Chieo Assuming Jurisdiction
for Purposes of Improvement Proceedings Over
Area in the County of Butte, adopted Mai 25,
1965
Resolution No. 65-67, Resolution of
Intention to Se11 Water Distribution
System, adopted June 29, 1965
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 9th DAY OF November ~
1965, by the following vote:
