BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Oroville has designated Lincoln Street and
Robinson Street, within the confines of the block on which the courthouse is
located, for courthouse parking; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a policy as to whom is to
have the use of said parking area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the area on Lincoln Street, adjacent to the courthouse,
shall be used for those persons visiting the courthouse on county business
and the area on Robinson Street, adjacent to the courthouse, shall be for the
use of exempt licensed vehicles and county officers,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 9th day of November, 1965, by the following
Voce:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT. Supervisor Maxon
