BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IN FULL APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY OF BUTTE OF
FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, of the State of California,
has notified the County of Butte that under the California Secondary Highway
Act of 1951, as amended, the following funds for the fiscal year ending June 3O,
1967, are apportioned to Butte County:
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds - $147,811
State Highway Matching Funds - $ 99,447
and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte desires to accept and match said funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
COUNTY OF BUTTES State of California, as follows:
I. That County wishes to claim and utilize the entire amount of
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds apportioned to County, to wit, the sum of $147,811
and the entire amount of State Highway Matching Funds apportioned to said County;
to wit, the sum of $99,447.
2. That County hereby agrees to provide matching funds therefor as
may be necessary and required to complete the financing of County's F,A.S,
~ projects;
3. That this resolution is made in compliance with Section~22l1 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and the Clerk of this
Board is authorized to forward two certified copies hereof to the District
Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 23rd day of
November, 1965, by the following vote:
', AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, Mclzillop and Chairman Pryde
', NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
