Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 4 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Board of 5 Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the 6 establishment of a county service area within the County of Butte. 7 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved: !g 1. That a:county service area is proposed to be g established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the 10 unincorporated area of Butte County; the boundary lines of the 11 territories proposed for inclusion in the area are more lg particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a 13 part hereof by reference as though fully set forth verbatim and 14 at length. '16 2. That the name proposed for said county service area 16 is County Service Area NoQ 25. 17 3. That there are no extended county services provided lg in this area. 19 4. That the types of extended county services proposed '20 to be provided in this area is the operation, maintenance, repair, 21 and upkeep of drainage and flood facilities located within the 22 boundaries of:ahe area described herein. 23 5. That a tax sufficient to pay for such services which 24 are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon' 25 all taxable property within such area, 26 6.
