RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SE~V.ICE AREA ~~O~~Y WF~iEAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 2.2 of the Government Code of the State of California, a written request by Supervisors Don Maxon of Division No.~ and Jack McKillop of Division No. 1, requesting institution of f proceedings for the establishment of a county service area was in proper form presented to this Baard. The type of county service proposed to be provided within the area is sewage service involving the following improvements, to wit: Facilities for the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage of said county service area and its inhabitants, comprising main trunk lines, treatment ponds, pipes, pumps, machinery, lands; easements, right of ways, and other works, property, or structures useful or necessary for the collection, treatment or disposal of sewage of said county service area- and its inhabitants. 5. That except where funds are otherwise available, a tax sufficient to pay for such service and the cost of the acquisition, construction and completion of the improvements listed in Paragraph 4 will be annually levied up on all taxable property within such area. >,~ a ~.
