BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGH4.TAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507

BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISG~S of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the easterly side of
East Esplanade Drive from the north line of Tenth Avenue to the south line of
Eleventh Avenue is limited to one hour between the hours of 8:00 A.M, and 5;00
P.M, inclusive; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
2. That ONE HOUR PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations
on said road,
3. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the Vehicle
I Code,
4. That violation of this Resolution shall constitute a misdemeanor
pursuant to Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 30th day of November,
1955, by the following vote:
(AYES; Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
