BOARD OF SUPERVISORS '
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, this board has reviewed Cooperative Agreement 65-28 H 616;
and
WHEREAS, said agreement with the State of California is made pursuant
to Chapter 27 of the Statutes of 1965 and the Emergency Flood Relief Law;
NOWT THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman of this board to sign on
behalf of the county.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this ~-~+~I7 day of December, 1965, by the following
vote:
AYES: ST7PERVISORS GILE S, HOWSDEN, MAXON~ McKILLOP and
CHAIRMAN PRYDE
