BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ORDER ABANDONING COUNTY HIGHWAYS
AND PORTIONS THEREOF
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, 1965, at 11:00 a.m. of
said day, in the Supervisor's Room of the Butte County Court
House, fronting on Huntopn Street, in Oroville, California, and
it appearing to said Board that a notice and resolution of
intention to abandon County highways or portions thereof,and
notice of time and place of hearing, was heretofore duly
adopted, and that notice of time and place of hearing of said
abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law,
and persons having appeared both for and in opposition to said
abandonment! and evidence! both oral and documentary, having
been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds
that the hereinafter described County highways and portions
thereof are unnecessary for present and prospective use;
NOW, THEREFORE! IT IS HEREBY ORDERED aS fOllOws:
1. That the County highways and portions thereof situa•
in the County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter
more particularly described, are hereby abandoned. That said
County highways and portions thereof to be so abandoned are
situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and
generally and particularly described as follows:
PARCEL A - Tres Vias Road (West).
PARCEL B - Tres Vias Road (East).
PARCEL C - Rabe Road.
PARCEL D - Larkin Road (North).
PARCEL E - Oroville-'YJ'illows Road Between
Highway 99E and Larkin Road (South).
A11 of which said County highways and portions thereof are more
particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if specifically set forth herein in detail.

2 certified copy of this order, attested by the Clerk under the
3 sea]. of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, to
4 be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of
5 Butte, State of Californis.
