A RESOLU'T`ION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
TI3E WOODLANDS, UNIT N0. 2
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 55-125 of this Board
ordering same, adopted on November 30, 1965, notice has been
duly given of the intention of this Board to change and modify
the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 65-35~ adopted
on April 13, 1905; and
WHEREAS, No person interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and tkzirzgs pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully heard and considered by this Board;
NOWT THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND and ORDERED that:
1. No written objections to said changes have been
delivered to the Clerk up to the hour set for hearing thereon.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more partic-
ularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. &5-125
adopted on November 30, 1905.
