AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5$9
AND ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
AT THE INTERSECTION OF LOWER WYANDOTTE~~
ROAD AND 4ROVILLE GARDEN RANCH ROAD
.The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:.
.That Butte County Ordinance No. 5$9 is hereby amended in the
following respects and particulars:
Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 5$g is amended by adding sub
section "e" to read as follows:
e. Land within a radius of five hundred [500) feet from
the intersection of the Lower Wyandotte Road and the
Oroville Garden Ranch Road.
This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the eacp~,ration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the
members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the
~tOVZhLE ~5..~ , a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California,
PASSED and ADOFTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on this 17th day of August , 1959 by the
following vote:
