AN ORDINANCE AN~NDING ORDIldANCE N0, 651 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS
TtIE"SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1959-1960
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE ,STATE OF CALIFORNL4,
do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 6.5.1 of the County of Butte is hereby amended

(a) That the salary ranges of the following classifications con-
tained in Section 3, Subse~bion (A) of said Ordinance No. 651 shall be amended
to read as follows:
Class Title Number and range
Public Health Lab Director 29 (456-605)
Public Health Microbiologist 27 (436--542)
Public Health Social Worker 25 (460-573)
(b) That Section No. 20 of said Ordinance No. 651 is hereby amendod
as follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage and adoption, shall be published once in -the C~tOVILLE f~.ESS ,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together
with the names of the members voting for and against said ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte.
