AN ORDINANCE AMEnYDING ORDINANCE N0, 651 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOI~IN AS THE
1 "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1959-1960
2 TIIE BOA13.D OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California,
3 do ordain as follows;
4 1. That Ordinance i~o. 625 of the County of Butte is hereby amended as
5 follows:
6 {a) That Seetion No. ~$ of said Ordinance is hereby amended to read
7 as follows:

(b) That the total number of positions in Section No, 4S of said

Ordinance shall be changed from 7/~ to 79.

I4 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date
15 of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
16 passage and adop-Dion shall be published once in the Gridley Herald____ ,
17 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together
18 with the names of the members voting for and against said Ordinance.

20 State of California, at a regular meeting thereof on the 21st. day of
