AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 651 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KDi0G7N AS TH&
1 "SALARY ORDINANCE'S FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1960--1961
2 TIC BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
3 do ordain as follows:
4 1. That Ordinance No. 651 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
5 as follows:
6 (a) That there shall be added to Section 3, Subsection (A} of
7 said Ordinance No. 651, the following position with salary range and classi-
8 fication as follotas:

11 (b) That Section No. 39 of said Ordinance ido. 651 under the
12 heading °ROADSIDE MAINTENANCE" is hereby amended tc read as follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days after the date

of its adoption, and.,before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after its

passage and adoption shall be published once in the Gridley Herald ,

a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together
19
with the names of the members voting for and against said Ordinance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
21
Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 5th.

day of October, 1959.
