OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, 'STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLAY CASTLEBERRY TO EXECUTE FLOOD CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE 7 8 9 10 11 12 13' 14 15 a.s 17 18 19 20 2I 22 23 24 25 26 2'7 28 29 30 3 ] 32 WHEREAS, heretofore on February 9, 1965, this Board of Supervisors authorized R,Po O'Neill, then Director of Public Works, to execute in behalf of the County of Butte, all applicat~ ions and claims for the purpose of obtaining certain federa~- financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act; and '4,THEREAS, since that dateQ the demise of R.P.
