A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
..AND ORDERING FILING OF SAME
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 2 AND ApJACENT AREA
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
tnTHEREAS, there has. been presented to this Board a proposed
assessment map and diagram for Sierra del Oro, unit No. 2 and
Adjacent Area Assessment District;
NO~jF, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
That said proposed assessment diagram and map is hereby
accepted and it is hereby directed that the map be filed with the
County Clerk of the County of Butte.
