WJM~CL:JHH:gb 1/13/b6 12C RESOLUTION N0. 66- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE SIERRA DEL ORO UNIT N0. 2 AND ADJACENT AREA RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California, that WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of said County has ascer- tained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a simi- lar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No.~66-7 adopted January 18th 1866; WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof,_and also is set forth and contained in the specifications, copies of which are on file in the offices of the Engineer of Work, Director of Public Works and the County Clerk of said County; and WHEREAS, this Board has duly considered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That said wage scale as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and as set forth and contained in the specifications, is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above described in the locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed. 2. PH = Per Hour PHP ~- Per Hour paid PHW = Per Hour Worked PHW/P = Per Hour Worked or Paid 2 Any classification omitted herein shall be paid not less than $3.625 per hour, plus employer payments set forth in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the type or classification of the workmen involved, as defined in Section 1773.1 of the Labor Code. Employer payments other than those itemized above, as defined in Section 1773.1 of the Tabor Code, are to be paid in accord- ance with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the type or classification of the workmen employed on the work. Overtime, Sundays and Holidays - not less than one and one- half {1-1/2) times the basic hourly rate plus applicable employer payments. The Holidays upon which such rates shall be paid shall be all Holidays recognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of workmen employed on the work.
