BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION N0. ~6-1.6
RESOLUTION ADOPTING LAND USE ELEMENT, CHICO SECTION,
GENERAL PLAN FOR BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission has completed
the Land Use Element of the Chico Section of the General Plan for
Butte County, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission and the Board of Super-
visors have conducted public hearings as required by statutes of
the State of California, and
[VHEREAS, said Land Use Element of the Chico Section of the
General Plan for Butte County is a guide for the orderly and bene-
ficial develQ~ment of Butte County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the Land Use
Element of the Chico Section of the General Plan for Butte County
as shown on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof, be
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said map and
a copy of this resolution be submitted to the City of Chico.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion of
Supervisor Howsden seconded by Supervisor Prpde,. ,
on this 1st day of February 1966, on roll call as follows:
